Terms of Service

1. Ownership of Artwork: I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of the artwork and that I have the right to sell it.

2. Pricing: I set the price for my artwork, which will be displayed on my website.

3. Shipping: I will dispatch your artwork once payment has been received.

4. Returns: No refunds are available for purchased artwork.

5. Copyright: I retain all copyright of my artwork. Permission must be obtained from Vanessa van Wyk before any Artwork may be used on social media, print or any other public medium.

6. Artist’s Resale Right (ARR): UK ARR states that authors of Original works of Art are entitled to a royalty each time one of their works is resold through an art market professional.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
